Our Refurbishment Process
Identification
We work with Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA), District Assemblies, and community leaders to identify non-functional wells.
Assessment
Our technical team assesses each well to determine the cause of failure—broken pumps, worn seals, damaged casings, or lack of maintenance.
Repair
We replace or repair pumps, seals, and other components. In some cases, we rehabilitate the entire well structure.
Training
We train water committees and local caretakers on routine maintenance, simple repairs, and community water management.
Handover & Follow-Up
Wells are handed back to communities with clear ownership and responsibility. We follow up regularly to ensure continued functionality.
